Track Your Order
Every Frombim order is trackable from the moment it leaves us. There are two ways to check where your parcel is.
1. Use the tracking link in your shipping email
As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and a direct tracking link. This is the fastest way to see live progress. The email is sent to the address used at checkout, so please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
2. Track from your account
If you placed your order while signed in, your tracking details are saved to your account.
Haven't received a tracking email yet?
Orders are prepared before they are dispatched, so tracking is issued at dispatch rather than at the moment you order. If your order has not shipped yet, no tracking number exists for it yet. This is normal and nothing has gone wrong.
Once a tracking number is issued, it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier's website to show the first scan. If your tracking link shows no information yet, please allow a day before contacting us.
Expected delivery times
- Order cut off: 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days
- Transit: 5 to 7 business days
- Total: 6 to 9 business days
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, at a weekend, or on a UK public holiday begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
My tracking has not updated in several days
Carrier scans can pause while a parcel moves between depots, and this usually resolves on its own. If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order has passed the 9 business day window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
