Shipping locations
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery times
Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days and handed to our carrier. Transit takes a further 5 to 7 business days, giving a total of 6 to 9 business days from order to doorstep. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, at a weekend, or on a UK public holiday are processed the next business day. Some remote Highland and Island postcodes may add 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Carriers
We work with trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD, chosen by parcel size and destination.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free on every UK order with no minimum spend. There are no customs charges, import duties or handling fees on UK orders.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email support@frombim.com with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier and either resend your order or refund you in full.
If a parcel is marked delivered but has not reached you, check with neighbours and look for a safe place note first, then contact us if it has still not appeared 24 hours later.
Failed delivery or an incorrect address
If a delivery attempt fails or the address supplied is incomplete, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to confirm the correct address and resend at no extra cost.

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised last updated date.
